After a 2006 meeting in Madison, Wis., which drew hundreds of people, the national Grassroots Radio Conference reconvenes for 2007 on June 21-24 (Thurs.-Sun.) at the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. Works on news and public affairs, technology, music, legal issues, working with community, college radio. Registration of $85 includes continental breakfast each day; optional additional meal plan, $50 for weekend or $20 a day, also available; dormitory rooms $50/night single or $34/night shared double.
