Help create a comprehensive source of up-to-the-minute news and commentary on "Super Tuesday." The New England News Forum (NENF) has joined a national experiment to test creation of an instant news sharing network, asking its members, bloggers and supporters to contribute links about the Connecticut and Massachusetts primaries. From now through the end of the week, anyone can join the experiment by registering through the NENF:
HAMDEN, Conn. – Public officials, journalists, researchers and an executive assessed the impact and reporting of casino gambling on New England -- the experience in Connecticut and the promise in Massachusetts -- during a free, public symposium on Tuesday, March 11, hosted by Quinnipiac University and co-sponsored by the Connecticut Council on Problem Gambling.

The New England News Forum invites nominations from its members for appointment of "blogger coordinator" for each of our six states. The blogger coordinator will have significant latitude in defining the scope of the role.

Members of the board of the New England Society of Newspaper Editors met for approximately 90 minutes on Friday, Nov. 17, 2006, at the Parker House in Boston with organizers of the New England News Forum.
